Two canvas awnings on the corner of Calle del Río, and under them the kind of display that spills outside: woven baskets and raffia totes hung from the shutters, straw hats on stands, leather on the rail inside the doorway.

Jewellery, bags and scarves. It is one of the shopfronts that has come to define how Plaza Blanca looks from the street — merchandise, chairs and planting arranged as carefully as the window itself.
