A bistronomic kitchen at the centre of the square
The restaurant that carries the square’s own name. The kitchen is led by chef Álvaro Vela, from Cádiz, and built on Andalusian produce handled with contemporary technique — the balance between tradition and invention rather than a choice between them.
The dining room is run by Haby, the maître. Carpaccio de carabinero, tartar of Barbate tuna with yakiniku, tataki marinated in yuzu and lemongrass, truffle risotto.
